My name is Steve Foster, and I'm the owner of S.F. Property Services LLC.
A little about my journey and how this business came to life:
For 20 years, I worked as a journeyman lineman, contracting out of I.B.E.W. Local 42. It was demanding, meaningful work that shaped who I am. But recently, my world changed when my wife of 13 years passed away unexpectedly. Overnight, I became a single father to our two young daughters, and my priorities shifted. I knew I needed to step back from the intense pace of industrial line work and be present for my girls during one of the most important, and difficult times of our lives.
As I looked ahead, I turned toward something that had always grounded me: working outdoors and transforming spaces with my own hands. I’ve always loved reclaiming overgrown landscapes, restoring order, and bringing out the beauty hidden beneath years of neglect. That passion became the foundation of S.F. Property Services LLC.
Today, I pour that same dedication into helping homeowners and property managers revive their outdoor spaces. Whether it's clearing brush, reclaiming lost land, or providing thoughtful property maintenance, my goal is simple: to deliver honest, dependable work while sharing the satisfaction that comes from seeing a property renewed.
